As an Associate Vice President at Upland Real Estate Group, Zach works with numerous developers and landlords to either lease, develop, or reposition properties through strategic planning for success in the marketplace. He also advises tenants on site selection to optimize revenue and profits through strategic location analysis, matching the location to the individual client’s business model.

Understanding the specific needs of retail owners and tenants is what Zach does best, providing his clients with the most up-to-date market information. Zach is an ethical, loyal and hard-working professional with over 12 years’ experience in retail brokerage. He understands the complexity of the ever-changing retail market, and he works diligently to assure financial growth in all the properties he represents, and to locate and secure properties that meet each of his tenant’s financial and business needs.

Zach got his start in commercial real estate with CSM Corporation. As a Leasing Associate, he managed a portfolio of 26 retail properties comprised of over 1.5 million square feet. He soon became a Senior Associate at Colliers International | Minneapolis St. Paul Retail Brokerage Division. In 2013, Zach was involved in real estate transactions in excess of $10 million in total consideration with over 100,000 square feet leased. From 2009 – 2013, he completed over 150 real estate transactions of more than $40 million in total consideration with over 500,000 square feet leased.
