Joshua specializes in corporate services, site selection for tenants and buyers, and dispositions for corporate and institutional owners. His strong financial background and project marketing expertise have made him a trusted and valued advisor. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Joshua’s knowledge of the metro area gives him a keen understanding of the Twin Cities commercial real estate market.
With double majors in real estate and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Joshua uses his combined knowledge to serve his clients’ complex real estate needs. His excellent negotiation skills, strong history as a closer and ability to seek out new opportunities have made Joshua a respected senior team member and top producer.
In his twenty two years as a commercial real estate advisor he has sold and leased over seven million square feet of commercial property with consideration in excess of five hundred million ($500,000,000).
