Samuel Gerlach graduated from Saint Cloud State University, where he earned a degree in Entrepreneurship. While in college, he became involved in multiple organizations like Delta Sigma Pi (professional co-ed business fraternity) and the Business Students Executive Council. Organizations he would later lead as president.

After graduation, Samuel was hired at Baker White Inc. as a Marketing Manager creating marketing, advertising, and promotional material and aiding in the launch of a d.b.a company and website. His unique background in multiple industries, while in college and at Baker White, allowed him to help build a large following on their social media network, more than doubling their followership, engagement, and brand awareness on social network platforms.
